Western Regional Director, Government Sales

The Western Regional Director, Government Sales will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to large municipal governments and private recycling collection companies. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with large municipal governments and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our curbside recycling rewards program. The Regional Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

Regional Director, Advertising and Sponsorship Sales, Chicago

The Regional Director, Advertising and Sponsorship Sales will build and manage a successful sales and sponsorship territory. Working with the national head of sales, the Director will identify key industry verticals and develop compelling advertising sales strategies that enable immediate penetration of each market. The Director will target potential sponsorship partners as well as local advertising prospects in the region, and will passionately evangelize the company's value and products to all potential advertising and sponsorship partners, both at the client and agency levels, and be expected to meet or exceed established revenue targets through execution of multi-product program partnerships.

Director of Digital Marketing

The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans that build the RecycleBank community and drive Member acquisition and retention efforts through all digital channels. In this role, the Director will be responsible for targeting and segmentation, offer and promotion development, and other acquisition and retention programs with the goal of growing the RecycleBank community and deepening Member engagement.

Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails/Java

RecycleBank is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is highly proficient in Ruby on Rails and Java.   In this role, you will partner with product owners, program managers and fellow developers to deliver world-class web applications in an infrastructure capable of supporting millions of transactions per day.

Project Manager

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Customer Care Team Leader - UK Operations

This is a part-time consultant role.  RecycleBank would expect approximately 6 hours each day, split between morning and early evening, Monday through Friday.

The Customer Care Team Leader is responsible for managing the services provided by RecycleBank's outsourced customer care vendor. This includes monitoring performance and quality assurance, being the first point of contact for communications of escalated customer care queries, ensuring escalations are recorded with timely/effective actions taken, ensure new & revised services are supported via scripts changes, participation in the editing and review of help content.
