The Market Development Director will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to local authorities directly and in partnership with a large, private recycling collection company. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with local authorities and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our kerbside recycling rewards program. The Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

Previously, she worked with the Center for a New American Dream in Washington DC promoting sustainable consumption and also with Growing Power in Milwaukee, WI on VermiComposting. Bridget earned a BS from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a focus on Sustainable Development and Agriculture. |
