The Market Development Director will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to local authorities directly and in partnership with a large, private recycling collection company. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with local authorities and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our kerbside recycling rewards program. The Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

Before RecycleBank, Azim worked for Points International Ltd, a leading provider of proprietary solutions to the loyalty industry, and operator of the world's leading reward-program management portal, Points.com. As Manager of Business Development, his key responsibilities included partnership development, account management, and strategic direction for a new technology platform. In a prior role, he was an Associate at The Gordon Mowatt Group (GMG), a boutique business development and marketing consulting firm. Azim graduated with honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. |
