The Market Development Director will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to local authorities directly and in partnership with a large, private recycling collection company. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with local authorities and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our kerbside recycling rewards program. The Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

| Prior to RecycleBank, Judy was the Cofounder and VP of Sales at Fusion Learning Systems, a Systems integrator focused on the educational space. Before to founding Fusion Learning Systems, Kenney spent 10 years in the advertising industry working for the Austin Chronicle and New Times, now Village Voice media, at alternative weeklies in Houston and Los Angeles. She received her BA In English with a history minor from the University of Tennessee. |
