The Market Development Director will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to local authorities directly and in partnership with a large, private recycling collection company. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with local authorities and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our kerbside recycling rewards program. The Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

Scott Lamb Chief Operations Officer As Chief Operating Officer, Scott is responsible for all field operations. This includes supporting the deployment and maintenance of the RFID and scale technologies to ensure accurate and reliable tracking of recycling performance. |
| His team of Project Managers coordinates all aspects of deployment of the RecycleBank program and his General Management Team provides ongoing client management services post-deployment. He is also responsible for the data administration team ensuring all recycling activity translate into points and the call center operations to answer any questions customers may have. Prior to RecycleBank, Scott worked for TOMRA of North America for 15 years, helping build their business unit in New England, Michigan and California. As the General Manager for TOMRA Michigan, he built the organization from the ground up and established a 95% market share. As President of TOMRA Pacific he lead all sales, marketing and operations in the California marketing area, and was instrumental in enacting new legislation that increased recycling rates in the state. Scott holds a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Scott has spoken as a panelist at The Wharton School Net Impact Conference on the topic of Green Cities: Partnerships, Engagement and Business Rationale. |
