The Market Development Director will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to local authorities directly and in partnership with a large, private recycling collection company. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with local authorities and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our kerbside recycling rewards program. The Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

Morley was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and relocated his family to New York so that he could apply his passion for loyalty and reward programs, at RecycleBank, to better the world for his son, Hudson.
