The Market Development Director will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to local authorities directly and in partnership with a large, private recycling collection company. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with local authorities and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our kerbside recycling rewards program. The Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

| Prior to joining RecycleBank, Preston was the Vice President of Environmental Affairs for the American Beverage Association, where he worked closely with many of our current partners. Before his decade with the ABA, Preston was the first Recycling Program Manager for Arlington County, VA and has also spent time as a Solid Waste management consultant. |
