The Market Development Director will identify and sell RecycleBank rewards programs to local authorities directly and in partnership with a large, private recycling collection company. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for securing relationships with local authorities and collection companies who are interested in encouraging and rewarding households to participate in our kerbside recycling rewards program. The Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the sale, from customer identification through delivering proposals, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts, and closing the sale.

| Bob started his first waste company in 1970, growing it into the largest single subscription hauler in Eastern Pennsylvania until — after 14 years of successfully growing his company — Bob merged his Company with BFI. At BFI, Bob held a number of management roles including District Manager and Manager of first Medical Waste Division. In 1994, Bob developed and operated an 11-acre yard waste-composting site in Central Bucks County, diverting 17,000 tons of yard waste from the landfills per year. In 1996, Bob took on the additional responsibility for BFI of Asst. Eastern Penna.Divisional V.P. In 1989, when Governor Casey signed the Recycling Act 101 into law, Bob became responsible for educating, converting and servicing tens of thousands of residential and commercial customers to "Recycling.” |
