Working in concert with the executive management team, the VP, Advertising & Sponsorship Sales will build and manage a high performance advertising sales and sponsorship group. S/he will identify key industry verticals and develop compelling advertising sales strategies that enable immediate penetration of each market. The VP will target large national sponsorship partnerships, as well as local advertising prospects in key regions of business expansion and revenue potential. The VP will passionately evangelize the company's mission and growth to all potential advertising and sponsorship partners, both at the client and agency levels.

Working with the national head of sales, the Director will identify key industry verticals and develop compelling advertising sales strategies that enable immediate penetration of each market. The Director will target potential sponsorship partners as well as local advertising prospects in the region, and will passionately evangelize the company's value and products to all potential advertising and sponsorship partners, both at the client and agency levels, and be expected to meet or exceed established revenue targets through execution of multi-product program partnerships.

| Atul has worked in both the public and private sectors in the past eighteen years – including management positions within the City of Toronto and several large national solid waste and recycling companies. Atul has been involved in municipal and federal waste management and recycling policy making as well as marketing materials from curbside programs including paper, plastics, metal and glass. He has served on many advisory committees associated with the recycling and environmental industry including the Canadian National Roundtable on the Environment and Economy. Atul has an undergraduate degree Environment and Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Masters degree from York University. |
